The Secretariat of the African Declaration on Internet Rights and Freedoms Coalition (hereafter referred to as AfDeC) is inviting Coalition members to apply for small grants. Activities that are proposed should focus on advocating for an open and free internet that promotes human rights as articulated in one or more principles of the African Declaration’s 13 principles.
